Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at the MNU Store!

We offer exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, sale-priced or clearance-priced items cannot be exchanged.

If you need to exchange your purchased item, send an email to mnustore@manitobanurses.ca and we will help you with the exchange process.

Please note: There are no refunds on MNU Store purchases, only exchanges for defective or damaged items.
