MNU Store shipping policy

Please note that all orders are processed Mondays to Fridays, and normally take between three (3) to five (5) business days, excluding holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Should there be any delay in shipping due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems or any other reason outside of MNU’s control, we will send you a notification.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a $10.00 flat rate shipping within Canada on orders under $100.00. FREE shipping on orders over $100.00.

MNU Office pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the MNU Provincial Office, 301-275 Broadway in Winnipeg.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within two (2) to five (5) business days* (excluding holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready. 

Our MNU Office pickup hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

*If you require your order sooner than the estimated 2-4 business days, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries other than Canada. If you are an international shopper, please send us an email to mnustore@manitobanurses.ca as we may consider one-off international shipping requests.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within five (5) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mnustore@manitobanurses.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
